2019 IT Dynit 2K BD
2020 JP Bandai 4K BD
2021 CN Disk Kino WCL 4K BD
* They also sync to the 2013 US Funimation 2K BD by -1000ms.
** They may sync to more releases, but this was all I tested.
I'm posting this because I haven't found an accurate SRT subtitle that includes Forced Translations, SSA alignment tags, and italics.
Original source was the 2013 US Funimation 2K BD PGS subtitles, but other subtitles were referenced for accuracy since the 2013 US Funimation 2K BD PGS subtitles lack italics.
Italics were replicated from the 2020 JP Bandai 4K BD PGS subtitles.
Vertical alignment was replicated to match 2013 US Funimation PGS subtitles for players compatible with SSA (SubStation Alpha) tags in SRT subtitles (only applicable to Forced Translations on this release). Certain SSA vertical alignments were omitted when Forced Translations overlapped with Japanese to English subtitles to optimize for players incompatible with SSA tags (so Forced Translations don't move/bounce on-screen).
Converted using nOCR and cleaned up with Subtitle Edit.

[ Neo-Tokyo is about to E.X.P.L.O.D.E. ] - Childhood friends Tetsuo and Kaneda are pulled into the post-apocalyptic underworld of Neo-Tokyo and forced to fight for their very survival.
